Compass TI worked with franchisor-provided designs and drawings and then completed all of the applications and approvals. This was the relocation of an existing Pet Planet store into a new and larger location. Our team worked diligently to repurpose shelving and millwork while completing the construction of the new location. Compass TI also acted as the franchisee’s representative to negotiate a number of cost-saving measures during the construction period.
