Compass TI has worked closely with both the landlord and the tenant on this build. This is a beautiful 2 storey building originally built in 1944. On behalf of the landlord, the building need to be modernized to meet all of the current building code requirements. On behalf of the tenant, we are bringing to completion their vision honouring all of the heritage designs and materials of the original building. Compass TI guided the entire process from design to permitting and now completion.
