The process starts with your vision and a site visit. From here, we can determine the scope of work and coordinate your design team. The goal of pre-design is to compile your construction drawings to lead initially into the permitting and applications process.

We are here to support you through the process of submitting the appropriate documents to move your project forward as quickly as possible. Our experienced and knowledgeable team will efficiently obtain all necessary permits by preparing and submitting all documents on your behalf while following up and coordinating with the appropriate authority.
MANAGEMENT
Construction Management
The Compass team will compile a detailed construction budget and establish a building schedule that aligns with your vision and goals. Full coordination and scheduling of trades and resources will be provided, with your direct input for desired changes or updates.
