Compass TI worked through the entire process, from design to completion of construction, in a very collaborative relationship with the owners. This was an innovative project, taking an industrial strata titled space and creating a professional office that is uniquely designed to manage multiple companies. Our team worked with the client to secure a zoning approval for this use and then completed all of the applications, permitting and approvals. Compass TI managed the entire construction process.
